Cosmedika USA Training – Refund/Return Policy

Note: All purchases are final. 

Certification once paid for consists of a training package that is not refundable.

PBSerum products are cosmeceutical products of a high quality, and to maintain their integrity, are not returnable or exchangeable once received.  Products damaged during transit may be replaced with liked items.

Machines are guaranteed 1 year from date received.

Below are the instructions if you are in need of a replacement: 

Step 1 Contact our Customer Service at info@cosmedikausatraining.com to obtain a “Replacement Authorization Number” telling us what the problem is and if suitable, sending us a picture of the damaged item. 

Note: We will not process any replacements without a Replacement Authorization Number.

Step 2 – Package your return in a well-padded box. Be sure to include your first and last name, contact information, order number, and Replacement Authorization Number. Please note that Cosmedika USA does not provide return shipping labels. All returns should be addressed to:

Step 3 – Ship the package to us via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please note that the replacement must be post-marked within 7 days of receiving your Replacement Authorization Number, otherwise, we will be unable to process the replacement. Cosmedika USA is not responsible for any package that gets lost or stolen during the transit process.

Once your replacement is received and inspected by our warehouse, Customer Service will contact you to verify all information and process your replacement.
