In order for you to qualify for our Services Locator, you must be a licensed Barber, Cosmetologist, Esthetician, Physician, or Nurse in good standing and PBSerum Certified (have been issued a BGST ID # – found on your PBSerum Certificate).

Certification Agreement
In order to remain in good standing as a Cosmedika USA Certified Skin Care Specialist, receive access to our online store (cosmedikausainc.com), be able to purchase product, and be covered by our product liability insurance, you must electronically sign the Certification Agreement.
Once you complete the online eLearning training or attend one of our presentation (live) classes, to become or remain Cosmedika USA Certified, you must digitally agree to the Certification Terms and Conditions. In order to purchase PBSerum products and be covered by our product liability insurance, you must sign this agreement.
The two requirements in getting your physical certificate are you must complete the online eLearning training and sign the PBSerum Certification Agreement.
